COLLE DELLE STELLINE, an estate situated 500 meters above sea level with approximately 460 hectares of land, surrounded by the green of the majestic forests of the Casentino valley. Nestled in the Tuscan hills in the province of Arezzo, surrounded by a picturesque landscape with medieval villages such as Poppi or Bibbiena and the monasteries of La Verna and Camaldoli.

In this enchanting setting, several rooms and suites of various sizes have been created, accommodating up to 40 adults (with the possibility of adding 25 extra beds for an additional fee per person, suitable for a maximum of 49 adults and 16 children up to 12 years old), a professional kitchen with adjoining dining room, a communal area with satellite TV, a children games room as well as a spa area with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish steam bath.
The individual units are furnished in the typical Tuscan "Arte Povera" style. The bedrooms have TV sets (only Italian channels), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, the suites also have kitchenettes and some of them have a private outdoor area.

The holiday home is surrounded by large green areas with garden furniture, the fully fenced pool area with solarium and the adjacent children's playground. All around pastures, a young olive grove and forests as far as the eye can see, offering the opportunity to take relaxing walks on cool forest trails.
Slightly lower than the holiday home, there are the enclosures of the friendly donkeys, goats and geese and the stable buildings of the chickens that produce delicious breakfast eggs, turkeys and rabbits and the cows, which together with their calves enjoy the vast pastures of this wonderful place.

Thanks to the spacious professional kitchen, the large dining room, the differently sized units, the children's play areas, the wellness area and the beautiful outdoor areas, this accommodation is especially suitable for large groups and families with children, for weddings and other celebrations, for cooking or painting classes, for spiritual meetings, company meetings etc.
INDOOR

The approx. 1.500 m² holiday home is spread over several levels and comprises a total of 22 double bedrooms, a large part of them with additional sleeping facilities (sofa beds, pull-out or extra beds), which can be used for a surcharge.

On the ground floor, there are entrances in the living area with rustic natural stone floors, sofas and satellite TV. From here you get into the children's playroom, in the rustic farmhouse kitchen, in the dining room in the “restaurant style” with adjoining professional kitchen and toilet.

The externally accessible entrance areas to the bedrooms and suites are distributed around the house. The bedrooms are equipped with TV sets (only Italian programs), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, the suites also have kitchenettes and some of them have private outdoor areas. A few connecting doors can connect some of the units. Some of the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Next to one of the sleeping areas, there is the access to the wellness area with Jacuzzi and relaxation zone on a glazed panoramic terrace, a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a Turkish steam bath, an emotional shower, a toilet and a massage area (services to be pre-ordered).

OUTDOOR
The house is surrounded by wide green areas with lush Mediterranean vegetation. In front of an entrance there is a shaded area with tables, chairs and an outdoor barbecue for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The 16 x 8 m large and 1,40 m deep, fully fenced pool can be heated thanks to solar panels and heat pump, this service is available on request at an additional cost. The pool area has a 120 m² sun terrace with outdoor shower, sun loungers and shady pergolas. Next to the pool area and separated by a fence with door, is the children's playground with slide, swing, and more. Near the pool, there is a laundry room and toilet facilities. From the parking, a staircase leads to a garden tent with fitness equipment.


INCLUDED IN THE BASE PRICE FOR 40 PEOPLE:
Electricity consumption (up to 500 kWh per week), gas for cooking / hot water up to 15 m³, one weekly set of bed linen and towels, baby cots and highchairs (on prior request), Wi-Fi internet, use of the swimming pool.
