Ein toller Wochenendtrip

Hier die überarbeitete Version mit deinem Vorschlag: Meine Freundin, unser Hund und ich reisten für einen Wochenendtrip an und wurden bereits auf der Anfahrt kontaktiert. Es wurde sich erkundigt, ob alles passt, und wir wurden auf einen QR-Code im Zimmer hingewiesen, der eine 24/7-Notfallnummer enthält – sehr aufmerksam! Unsere Anfrage für einen späteren Checkout wurde herzlich angenommen, und wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Bei unserer Ankunft gegen 20 Uhr funktionierte der Schlüsselsafe-Code leider nicht. Da die reguläre Telefonnummer nur zu bestimmten Zeiten erreichbar war, standen wir zunächst ratlos vor der Unterkunft. Beim Durchforschen nach einer Lösung kamen wir auf die Idee, den QR-Code aus den Fotos der Wohnung zu scannen. Damit konnten wir die Geschäftsleitung erreichen, die das Problem zügig behob. Ein kurzer Schockmoment, der dank der schnellen Hilfe kein Beinbruch war. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es hilfreich, die Notfallnummer bereits in der Buchungsbestätigung anzugeben. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Stress und Ärger statt Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war als rollstuhlgerecht ausgeschrieben. Die dazugehörigen Bilder (z.B. Haltegriffe an der Toilette) haben dies ebenfalls suggeriert. Da meine Frau (GDB100) im Rollstuhl sitzt, sind wir auf eine entsprechend eingerichtete Wohnung angewiesen. Die Ankunft in Sierksdorf verlief problemlos. In der Wohnung angekommen, wurde aber schnell klar, das die Anzeige von der Realität deutlich abweicht. Die Wohnung war recht klein, mit vielen Möbeln zugestellt, so dass der Rollstuhl nicht überall durchpasste, z.B. auch bei der Durchfahrt von Schlafzimmer zum Bad. Im Bad die nächste neg. Überraschung: Badewanne statt Dusche. Dann waren keine Verdunklungsvorhänge vorhanden, die Wohnung dadurch auch Nachts sehr hell. Die Vorhänge, die an den Fenstern und im Durchgang von Wohn- ins Schlafzimmer hingen, waren extrem staubig und muffig, so dass unsere Allergien direkt bemerkbar wurden. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen Wasserschaden in der Decke, dadurch Schimmelbildung in der darunter befestigten Lampe. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Anzeige sollte eine Cafissimo von Tchibo sein. Wir hatten dafür extra Kapseln besorgt, da dies in den Mails vom Vermieter immer wieder angegeben wurde. Überraschung: Keine Kapselmaschine vorhanden, sondern eine normale Filtermaschine. Die Decken waren schmutzig, die Matratzen bereits braun. Statt Erholungsurlaub gab es so eine Menge Ärger, Ekel und Schmerzen für meine Frau!
