First time being offered for rental. A special place!!! You won't be disappointed!! Perched just minutes from downtown Boston, Logan International Airport, beaches, shopping malls and famous rte 1 filled with special dinning choices and retail stores including a Walmart & Trader Joes. This spacious and welcoming top floor only of multifamily split entry home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable city views. Guests can relax in the beautiful backyard and seasonal pool, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings and summer evenings. From the cozy porch and large windows, enjoy a stunning open view of the Boston skyline — especially magical at sunrise and when the city lights come alive at night. It has its own entrance and driveway in this multifamily home setup. There is a full kitchen and dining room! There are two large couches in two different TV rooms each with own large LED 65" + TV's. Both Bedrooms also have 65" + LED TV's. Yard has fully functioning gas grill with a full propane tank for cookouts. Top floor has air-conditioning in window unit and bedrooms have ceiling fans.
