You will need to check in with the concierge receptionist to get a keycard for the lobby. The receptionist works from 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday through Saturday. If you check in or check out outside those hours, you can receive the keycard from the security guard by the white parking garage entrance gate and check in with the front desk the next day. Guests are required to show ID upon check-in.

Mauricio was a fantastic co-host! Super communicative and always looking to help! He got us amazing deals and offered many options to help fit our needs! Even when I had canceled one activity he recommended, he did not push back and instead helped find better options. Truly fantastic! The location is great as well! I think the key thing is that the location is great, the rooms are very fresh with good TVs and furniture, and everyone was able to enjoy Cabo and have a very comfortable place to come back to after each full day! 5 Stars!
