Designed with scale and privacy in mind, this expansive 32,000-square-foot property offers a comfortable setting for large groups, retreats, or extended stays. The gated grounds and distance from neighboring homes create a sense of seclusion, while the location provides convenient access to the Jersey Shore and major routes connecting to New York City and Philadelphia.



The interiors combine modern finishes with spacious, functional design. Multiple living areas provide room to gather or spread out, and the formal dining space accommodates larger groups with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and ample workspace, suitable for everyday use or hosted meals. Additional features include an indoor pool and spa area, as well as a dedicated entertainment space that can be used for small events or casual evenings. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy, with the primary suite offering generous proportions and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom.

The Neighborhood:

Wall Township offers a quieter coastal New Jersey lifestyle with easy access to the Jersey Shore, golf courses, nature trails, and beach towns like Spring Lake and Belmar. The neighborhood around Campbell Road is primarily residential and spacious, making it ideal for guests seeking privacy while remaining close to dining, beaches, and outdoor recreation. The area is especially known for its mix of upscale shore towns, local seafood spots, and scenic parks.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $10,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
