Super, wenn gründlichere Reinigungs- und mehr Instandhaltungsarbeiten investiert werden würden

Modern eingerichtetete, schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, aber leider nicht sauber und schon ziemlich verwohnt. Unter den Betten/ dem Sofa, in den Ecken nicht gereinigt, lassen die Kinder etwas fallen, landet es in den Ansammlungen von Staub & Sand (auch im Etagenbettgestell unter den Matratzen), Vorhänge in den Schlafräumen zT mit Stockflecken (müssten erneuert oder zumindest gereinigt werden). Eine (regelmäßige!) gründliche Grundreinigung inkl. der Fensterrahmen innen u der Duschwandverfugung wäre dringend erforderlich, um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen. Die total durchgelegenen, unbequemen Matratzen des Ehebetts (sichtbare Kuhlen) müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Innenjallosien funktionieren zumeist nicht mehr und sind unansehnlich, müssten erneuert/ersetzt werden. Zuwenig Platz in den vorhandenen Küchen-/Wohnzimmer-Schränken wg zuviel unnützer Ausstattung in den Schränken/ Schubladen, könnte entrümpeln werden. Kein WLan. Zweiter TV im Kinderzimmer funktionierte nicht. Getränkefach im Kühlschrank fehlte.
