​Note Regarding Common Areas (Important):
As this is a new development, the condominium is in the final phase of construction. Common areas such as the pool, gym, coworking space, game rooms, and lobby are currently under construction. You may experience construction noise during the day in common areas. However, the interior of the apartment is 100% finished and ready for your full enjoyment.

​Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
​No Parties or Events: This is a quiet residential space designed for relaxation.
​Registered Guests Only: For building security, only guests included in the original reservation are allowed entry. No unregistered visitors or additional guests are permitted.
​Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
