Experience an unforgettable Beachfront stay in Santa Marta, in this totally new adorable 1-bedroom apartment!!

The cozy space features a welcoming living room that doubles as an extra sleeping space (sofa bed) with its own air conditioner, a TV stand with WiFi, Netflix and cable channels included; a fully equipped kitchen with small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and a complete coffee station; a dinning area with full pair of electric curtains (one sheer layer for natural light and a blackout layer for complete privacy); a balcony #1 with partial view of La Bahia and La Marina, that includes two rocking chairs with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or night conversations. For your convenience, you'll also find expandable drying clothes racks (2), cleaning supplies, and a small beach umbrella.

Guests can unwind in the comfortable bedroom that features a queen bed with a beautiful wooden and illuminated second TV stand, which also has space for personal small items, and two luggage racks. The bedroom also has its own air conditioner and electric pair of curtains (natural light and blackout layers). A cozy private balcony #2 with excellent front views of the Ocean and perfect for the most amazing sunrises, morning coffee or to enjoy the gorgeous well-known Samarian sunsets, for an evening wine. I also has its own chairs and coffee table. Main closet includes space for both hanging and folded clothing, a small umbrella for raining days and equipped with an iron and full-size ironing board. The bathroom is fully equipped with amenities such as, towels, shampoo, conditioner and wash body, toilet with included bidet; along with a hairdryer and full mirror that doubles as cabinets.

The apartment is located in a new building in which guests can access to the rooftop, that includes an amazing infinity pool for adults and another for children, hot tubs (jacuzzi), sauna, steam room (turco), gym, a public spa business that offers services of massages and wellness therapies by appointment, and On-site bar with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for afternoons and early nights .

The apartment has also its own complimentary private parking space, inside the building. However, please note that the building parking is ONLY suitable for SMALL cars. Therefore, SUVs and trucks -cannot- be parked inside the building because the parking system uses elevators that are designed only for small vehicles. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions, as this is a building system limitation. Each vehicle must be registered in advance of entry, providing all required information, in the internal building's system.

The apartment is located in a privileged location; just steps from the supermarket (Carulla), coffee shops and several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Spanish, Steakhouse, Mediterranean, seafood, and Thai menus. Just a short stroll to "La Marina", where boat tours depart daily to nearby beautiful beaches such as, El Rodadero and the world-famous "Tayrona National Park." Within 7-10 minutes walking distance, you'll find the popular and lively "Parque de Los Novios" the city's vibrant hub of restaurants, shops, bars, and nightlife.

We have a "Strict Non-Smoking Policy". Also, NOT VISITORS are allow to the apartment that are not previously registered as a guest(s) in the booking!
All guests arriving with MINORS must present official proof of parental relationship. All guests must submit a valid ID 24 hours before check-in.
Guests MUST take the "key card" while leaving the apartment. Without the card, re-entry is NOT possible. And always wearing the wristbands as guests.
