Luxury High-End property in gated boutique community. Sleeps 15 with pool access on the Gilchrist end of the Bolivar Peninsula. Two King Primary rooms with private ensuite large bathrooms. Triple bunk room and a Pirate Ship themed custom bunk room that has five built-in twin cubbies.
High ceilings with luxurious furniture and fittings. Enjoy year round access to community pool with semi-private cabanas.
* The primary guest booking the stay must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
* We thoroughly deep clean the home between every guest stay, so we’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out.

We do NOT provide propane for BBQ grill. Most local stores do.

Because Bolivar’s coastal humidity can quickly damage the home’s interior, please keep all windows and exterior doors closed unless there is an emergency. The home is equipped with sensors that may automatically turn off the A/C if doors or windows are left open.

* Any damage caused by excess humidity to walls, furniture, appliances, or fixtures may result in replacement charges.
* The thermostat can only be set to 71°F or higher.

We love dogs and are happy to host them with a little extra care:

* Please keep pets off the furniture.
* After visiting the beach, rinse and dry pets outside before bringing them indoors.
* If your dog sheds heavily, please bring blankets to cover sofas and chairs.
* Let us know ahead of time if your dog is a heavy shedder and we’ll leave the vacuum out for convenience.

The home uses a grinder septic system, so please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, paper towels, or any other items. Damage caused by improper use may result in repair or replacement charges.

### Smoking & Fire Safety

For everyone’s safety:

* No smoking inside the house or on the decks.
* No open flames, fireworks, or fires on the decks.
* Damage to deck furniture or property caused by smoking or burns will result in replacement charges.
* If smoking under the house, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

* Maximum occupancy is 15 guests.
* Unregistered guests beyond this limit may be considered trespassing.
* Guests may be asked to provide identification matching the reservation.
* Airbnb message photos of IDs are acceptable if requested.
* Reservations may be canceled if identification cannot be verified.

* Please rinse off sand downstairs after beach trips before entering the home.
* Please wash and dry yourselves before coming inside if wet or sandy.

* Please leave any used beds unmade.
* Trash bags are provided — please bag all trash before placing it in bins.
