NO STEPS TO THE LAKE! Canoes and kayaks for guests' to use! Fun for a family! Your budget-friendly getaway on beautiful Lewis Smith Lake! This charming cottage sits on a rare flat lot with easy, step-free access to the water. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this cozy home is nestled in scenic Crane Hill along the sparkling shores of Lewis Smith Lake-the perfect spot for a relaxing lake escape. Come enjoy the outdoor amenities! Canoe and 3 kayaks for the guest's use. Large firepit with table and chairs for outdoor dining! Firewood provided onsite.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 : Queen size bed
• Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed
Additional sleeping on futon in family room and futon in sunroom.

Amenities Include:
Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Grill, Dock with Year-Round Water and two boat slips available for guest's use, Canoe and kayaks for guests' use. Swim Pier.

Please note: No Wifi and No dishwasher at this property.

Boat ramp next to the property.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

House sleeps 4 in beds. 8 maximum occupancy.

We had a pleasant, last-minute weekend getaway at this cabin. It is located on a large, wooded, flat lot which was nice for the older folks in our group.
