Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The trash cans are at the top of the drive to the left.
Please ensure that the paddle boards and oars are put back on the deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for 2 vehicles only in designated spots between the house and garage. No parking on the grass. Arrangements can be made for addl cars
Portable fire pit is not allowed on the deck
All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of

Wonderful host and home! Wouldn't change a thing. There is so much space and the master suite is enormous and separate from the other bedrooms. Quiet spot to enjoy the lake from multiple outdoor spaces including a screened porch. Loved it!

This spot was excellent for our needs and we had a great time. Pictures were accurate and the only issue is that there was a dog smell in the master bedroom and a dog crate was in the room. Master bathroom was great.

Relaxing week on a beautiful lake

Smith lake is the perfect get-a-way for a peaceful and relaxing week. This house was beautiful on the inside and the view of the lake was gorgeous. Everything about check-in and checking -out was clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we keep talking about when we want to rent it again.

Beautiful property and location

We had a wonderful stay. The home was immaculately clean. Offered amenities like a hotel I.e coffee, shampoo, soap etc. The furnishings were beautiful and nicely decorated. The docks stairs were new and easily accessible. Beautiful views was the best part for morning coffee and sunsets. We have stayed on the lake multiple times and would pick this location again.

Perfect Lake Getaway

No Deadlines was the perfect getaway for my young family!! The home was clean and spacious. There are great outdoor spaces and water access is easy (for Smith Lake). The host was so gracious and very accommodating! We had some expected changes in our travel plans and she couldn’t have been nicer helping us out. We will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful views of the lake from almost every window! It was so peaceful! The temps were perfect for sitting in the screened-in porch for coffee in the morning or just unwinding in the evening. Very nicely appointed with comfy, attractive decor. Fun board games to play in the evening. The master closet is huge and the bathroom shower is updated and roomy. The host was very responsive to our questions. They have paddle boards to use, and the walk down to the dock is very manageable…other homes have way too many steps! Oh, and the washer and dryer and dishwasher work very well! Great experience overall!
