Guest will have access to the entire mansion 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, game room, threater, game room, pool & spa, as well as club house amenities.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

We don`t recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for rent the grill and propane tank is included, propane level not guarenteed, be free to get one on the 7 Eleven just a 3 minutes away, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $25 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
