If we had known during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone right away to take care of it for you. We’re always just a message away and happy to help. Regarding the pool temperature, during your visit we experienced unusually cold weather, which unfortunately impacts how much the heater can warm the water. In very low temperatures, the system can only raise the pool about 10–15 degrees above the outside temperature. We completely understand how disappointing that can feel, especially when you’re expecting a warm swim. For this reason, we clearly emphasize this clause in our rental agreement, as the system’s performance is directly affected by extreme weather conditions. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate the feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future.
