Located in an area with vast beaches, a diverse dune landscape in the woody area of the Zeepeduinen, you’ll find the comfortable Zeeduin 59 on Park Zeeduin. Due to the unique location, you can enjoy nature, sun, sea and beach while fully unwinding! The cosy Burgh-Haamstede can be reached by foot too!

This stylish house has a bright, cosy living room with an adjacent dining area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor offers a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. De first floor is provided with three spacious double bedrooms, with boxsprings, a separate toilet and a landing with a playing area for children and a stair gate.

De garden faces south and offers lots of privacy. On the terrace with the outdoor fireplace, which is placed on the terrace during the summer months and can be accessed directly from the living room, you can enjoy outdoor living without worries. The enclosed garden with a trampoline and sandpit make your stay also very pleasant with children and your beloved dog. Moreover, the park offers playing areas. You’ll find a parking at the house.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Umgebung. Im Inserat fehlt, dass Haustiere nicht in die obere Etage oder alleine bleiben dürfen. Außerdem ist die Treppe sehr steil.

Auffrischung dringend nötig

Das Haus war wenig gepflegt und bräuchte vor allem in der Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer eine Auffrischung (durchgelegene Matratzen, rauschende Heizung, die sich nicht regulieren ließ, kaum Stauraum für Kleidung) sowie verschmutzte bis unbrauchbare Kücheneinrichtung. Dagegen war die Außenanlage toll, die aber im Weihnachtsurlaub nicht so große Bedeutung hatte.
