Pa's Place on the Trail #1

This brand new unit was built to accommodate snowmobilers, hunters, ATV enthusiast, fishing, hiking, and scenic drives! The connector trail to ITS 81 runs right through our yard offering over 4000 miles of ITS. We sit in the heart of zones 5 and 10 with zone's 6 & 11 nearby. We are 24 miles from the North entrance of Baxter state park housing Mt Katahdin well known for its glorious hike & also the northern terminus of the Appalachian trail. Scenic drives abound. THE BEST FOR SPORTSMEN!

The space
This unit has 2 bedrooms, one room with queen bed and the other has a full. The living room has a foldout couch making a full size bed and an ottoman that converts to a single size bed. Large screen TV on wall and 2 other chairs. The kitchen is a galley kitchen fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, standard size stove and refridgerator. For dining there is a bar with 5 stools. The bathroom has a shower stall in it. There is a rack at doorway with shelves and a place to hang clothes.
