Ideal boating location with quick access to Marco River and Gulf of Mexico. Dine on the screened enclosed lanai which has a propane grill. Access to the master bathroom from the lanai. Gas stove, all appliances and furnished kitchen. Weekly pool service included. Washer and dryer located in garage. Ideal location to enjoy!
