Enjoy a true Island experience in our private house with your own pool. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath Cottage has all the comforts of home. As you enter the house there is a brand new large kitchen with Granite counters and an open living room with an HD Flat screen TV. All the rooms overlook the Pool. The pool has a waterfountain, lounge chairs, bar area and outdoor seating for seven. The house is well equiped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway on Marco Island.

Also on the main level, there is a new master bedroom with its own private master bath. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and it's own bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The house has a private study with high speed wireless internet access. There are laundry facilities and new stainless steel appliances.

The house is a short walk from Marco Island's world famous white sand crescent beach. You can enjoy the surf, sand and sun just out your front door. Shelling, surfing, fishing and sightseeing are just a few of the many activities you can enjoy at the beach. Golf, tennis, biking and jogging are also available on the Island. This is one of the best family destinations you can find.

Best of all, all of the shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment are within walking distance. All of this for very reasonable rates.

Great location!

We stayed for a week and had a great time. This is the second time that we've stayed in this home. The location is perfect-close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Can't recommend this location/home/property manager enough.

This was a very convenient and easy house for us to enjoy while participating in a family reunion on Marco Island. it was very clean with ample towels and pool/beach toys. Laundry access was appreciated, and everyone slept comfortably. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location - Good value

We enjoyed the time in Marco at this house. The location is excellent, being close to the beach and restaurants. The house is comfortable and provides the necessary items for an enjoyable stay. Some of the appliances may need an upgrade but they worked fine. Communication with the host was good and the price/value ratio was adequate. We'll check it out next time we're in Marco.

Great location

We stayed for a family friend wedding at JW Marriott and surrounding resorts. Great spot to be close to everything. Nice and quiet location too. Bikes are a plus that we used everyday. Thanks again for hosting!

Loved our stay here!

Thanks for sharing your awesome home in Marco with us for a few days, we loved our stay and would absolutely return again. The location is great, and the 4 beach cruisers made it even better! We loved biking around the neighborhoods and seeing the burrow owls. Coming home from the beach and enjoying the pool before dinner was a great way to end our day.

Great house and location

This was a perfect house for my husband and I to work for a month in the warm weather of Florida. The Wi-Fi was fast. The house was very clean and the location (chefs kiss!). Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Summer Vacation Home

Property was clean, we all enjoyed the pool. The house lay out was great we had enough bathroom for all. We love the round dining table great for game night. Plenty of room for Movie night in the living area with comfortable sofas. Really felt at home.This was our third time at the Spruce House. We plan on coming back.

Property very nice and clean. Only 10 min walk from the Public entrance to the beach. Bikes available at the house. Very clean swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Long weekend stay

Location was great. Had an issue with the shower and it was easy to get a hold of someone and fixed quickly. We always bring our own shampoo and had to get some hand soap that wasn’t supplied just fyi. Would definently use again. Ty.

Great location

We come to Marco every year and typically stay near tiger tail beach. This year we stayed closer to Marriott and had a great time. It’s such a short walk to the public access beach and the property itself is clean and a nice layout for families. The pool was a little chilly and it can’t adjust from what they say is 80 but other than that we’d recommend the property and would stay again. Very minimal supplies in the house so be sure to make a Publix run right away for basics in kitchen and bath. In fairness the owner does state that clearly before arrival. Overall a fantastic week! Definitely a good spot to rent on Marco!

Falling a little short

Over all it was a very nice house, the good things were great pool, nice bed rooms, nice interior, all the appliances and cookware were as expected. the bad were , further to the beach then was advertised,(about 5 blocks not 1 or 2) we are all in our 70s and it was hard on us) ran out of paper products,(paper towels, napkins, toilet paper) extras were not where we were told (none to be found)we had to buy enough to last our stay, no laundry detergent ,there was only 4 of us but I think we were charged for 6. These were miner things and we would check this place out if and when we return to Marco island.

Nice pool house in great location

Overall, this is a nice house in a very good location. It is about a 15 minute walk from front door to water’s edge. Maybe you could do it in 10, but that would be briskly walking, and it’s often too hot to briskly walk. So like I said, it’s a great house, but I think they could have really made it a significantly better experience for small dollars. (There were several umbrellas, but they were all torn or bent. There was very limited starter supplies of most basics. There was a small number of most dishes and only 4 coffee mugs. And the TV in the master was tiny.) Really the only reason for my not giving 5 stars is that we chose to rent a house to minimize exposure to COVID, and this house represented steps they were taking. But when we arrived to a dishwasher of dirty dishes, it made us wonder if they were really following the enhanced protocol. There were a number of very minor issues not even worth mentioning. So why am I mentioning? Because we were told the property manager would come by and address them, and they never showed up. I don’t know the whole story of the owner, but it feels like they are perhaps out of state and have a property manager handle the day to day activities, and they are seemingly not doing it well. We also made do with a few tattered beach towels, but only discovered about ten minutes before we checked out that there were additional ones in the dryer, apparently cleaned but never put away. Lots of pluses, too. Beach cart was great. There was a cooler and beach chairs. There were 4 bikes, but we never used them so don’t know anything more about them. Pool toys by pool. There was a printer that could be used (again, we didn’t use it so not sure if it works, but nice touch). Grill by pool (again didn’t use!) Furniture was by and large comfortable and more than adequate for what you’d need. So next time I’m in town would I consider renting here? Absolutely.

Wonderful home for a wonderful vacation!

We rented this home for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. The house was exactly as described. The only minor issue, which was not a issue but should be noted if someone was super picky, was the description said coffee maker and grinder and it was actually a Keurig machine. So we brought coffee but had to go by the K-cups for the maker. Again not really a big deal but never now how other people would handle that so that's why I am mentioning. The house had all the things needed for a vacation. We lived 3 hours away so we brought a lot of things we didn't even need because the house was stocked. However, for someone flying down, don't worry this house has everything. There was a cooler for the beach, beach chairs, toys, a wagon to pull all the beach stuff. The pool had a float and noodles for swimming. The TV had cable and was smart TV so that was a nice touch for movies or the kids watching Youtube. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. There were things I would not have expected like a iron, blender for drinks. The house really has everything you could need. The pool area was really the highlight of the house. Plenty of space to entertain with a larger sized pool. The patio area was great with seating for up to 8 people, plus two bar stools. The beach was close with two access points; however, you have to walk with your beach toys. The only negative, which is a city issue, is there is no parking at the nearby beach so you have to walk or ride a bike. The house had 4 nice bikes to ride. We rented a golf cart so we could drive and drop off people and the beach stuff. Tigertail beach is a short 5 minute drive and they have parking; however, the walk to the beach from the parking is long. I would recommend the beach near the house. There was plenty of things to do at night nearby like restaurants and shopping. The kids loved walking to the JW Marriot nearby and you can use the 10K Alley arcade and the restaurants. Overall the house was wonderful and we had a great vacation. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great Spot!

My coworkers and I stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the JW Marriott across the street. The house is close enough that we could walk to and from the conference easily and quickly. The house itself is very clean and tidy with the perfect amount of space for the three of us to rest up in our own spacious rooms and set up a remote office at the desk near the kitchen.

Grandma & her grandchildren

Three of my grandchildren will be going away to college at the end of August so I wanted to make sure that we created some memories before they went away- this was the perfect place - the house is super close to the beach (walking distance) fully equipped the owner is always readily available and I can’t wait until we can go back again - An amazing time in Marco Island but specifically at this property. The rate was very attractive considering the closeness to the beach 🏖 plus the pool is an added benefit.
