This is the final private parcel before the entrance to Adolph Thomae Jr. County Park and the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge, an outdoor paradise for fishing, hunting, and coastal wildlife.
The heart of the first floor is a big open living and game room, complete with a pool table, comfortable seating, and a full bar, all under warm wood-plank ceilings. A brand-new kitchen with modern appliances makes it easy to cook for a crowd, and the dining area gives everyone a place to gather. Four bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers provide comfortable, flexible sleeping for up to nine guests.
Just outside, a spacious deck with a BBQ area overlooks the water, and the lodge's lighted pier is steps away for fishing morning or night. Whether you are here to fish, hunt, or gather with family and friends, the First Floor puts you right at the water's edge with room to spread out.

A vehicle is recommended for your stay, as Arroyo City is a quiet waterfront community with attractions spread out along the bay. The lodge is about 40 minutes from South Padre Island and Port Isabel and roughly 35 minutes from Harlingen, where you will find the nearest airport, groceries, and dining. Boat and trailer parking is available on site for guests bringing their own vessels.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• A two night minimum stay is required.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors and other lodge guests.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The minimum age to rent is 25.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
