Whether you're here to reel in the catch of the day or simply unwind, our fully fenced property offers privacy, safety, and all the comforts of home.

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms—two in the main house and two in the private pool house—giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.

Inside the main house, you’ll find a sleek, modern kitchen fully equipped to make cooking a breeze. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and its own 65” 4K Smart TV for ultimate relaxation. The main living area boasts a massive 98" 4K Smart TV—perfect for gathering everyone for game day or movie nights. Plus, there’s a cozy dedicated reading nook where you can escape with a good book.

The separate pool house offers extra privacy with a queen-size bedroom, 50” 4K Smart TV, private bath, and a convenient kitchenette. The living area includes a spacious 75” 4K Smart TV, ideal for movie marathons or catching your favourite team.

Step outside to enjoy your own private pool, two patios perfect for lounging, an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals, and a beautiful butterfly garden that adds a peaceful touch to your stay.

Family fishing trip 2025

Great place for a family vacation. House is newly built and is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space to hang out and relax when we were not out fishing. Maybe the biggest TV I have ever seen. Private pool is a bonus enjoyed by our whole family. Owner super responsive to answering questions. He has access to property across the street so I could park the boat trailer. Walking distance to a great restaurant. We will definitely be booking another stay here.

Family Fun

We did a Father’s Day trip and this house was everything we needed. From hanging out by the pool or having a game night in the dining room this house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great South TX Trip

This was the perfect spot for a friends hunting/fishing trip. The house was well appointed and very clean. One of the nicest we saw in the Port Mansfield area. Nasario was also great at communicating and making sure we had what we needed.
