Important Booking Rules & Fee Advisements
To ensure a seamless stay, please carefully review the resort's mandatory policies before your arrival:

Mandatory Resort Fee (Must Be Prepaid): The resort requires a mandatory fee that covers your access to the fitness center, pools, miniature golf, racquetball, resort shuttle, tennis, volleyball, and Wi-Fi. This fee must be prepaid at least 48 hours prior to arrival by calling:

Additional On-Site Fees: Please note that certain high-value amenities, such as the H2Oooo! Indoor Water Park and the bowling alley, require an additional separate usage fee. Energy fees, occupancy taxes, or a security deposit may also be required at check-in by the resort.

Parking: Most units allow parking for 1 car. If you plan on bringing a trailer, boat, motorcycle, or RV, you must contact the resort front desk in advance to verify if it is permitted on-site.

Strict Smoke-Free Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free resort. Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all public common areas.

Maid Service: In keeping with the resort's vacation-style setting, daily maid service is not provided.

Resort Notes: The resort operates with a professional hotel-style atmosphere. Maintenance, renovation, or construction projects may be ongoing year-round.
