This inviting lux condo, conveniently located on the first floor of the Riverfront Lodge and steps from the Gondola, and walkable to all of Avon's shops and restaurants. The guest suite boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep and a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping in the living room.

Important Notes:
-If arriving after 5pm, your local Fairly caretaker will send you instructions for lockbox check-in instructions.
-There is a $75 one time HOA Riverfront fee and a $60/ per day resort fee is to be paid at check-in by the guest directly. Front desk will also issue a parking pass (no charge for parking). Resort fee grants access to all Riverfront Lodge & Westin amenities!
