  • Memorial Day Weekend

"Great condo for our family of four. Spacious, clean, comfortable and great location for what we needed for the weekend. Pool and hot tub were great too. Huge bathrooms, and loved the sound of the stream and birds in the morning right out the windows. Easy access, lots of things to do nearby - went to Beaver Creek village for the Blues, Brews, and BBQ festival, biked along the river from Edwards to Beaver Creek and back, shopped along the River Walk, had a picnic next to the river, swam at the pool and soaked in the hot tub. Phyllis was great and all the info provided was accurate. Only recommendation would be to update the local info guides/pamphlets for the area...but the internet suffices."

  • Mary S

"This condo was very well equipped with everything we needed from kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, towels, etc. It even had lawn chairs and beach supplies!! The condo was a good size condo with very comfortable beds and nice size bathrooms. There also was a washer and dryer (very nice one). It also was within walking distance to many of restaurants and stores/we would definitely go back!!!! Thank you for an enjoyable time!!!"

  • Great location to slopes and very clean!

"We had a family of 5 stay at condo #317 over Presidents' Day weekend. Let me begin by saying the check in was so easy and detailed perfectly in an email, which was great for a late night arrival. The parking was covered and there was easy access to both the condos and the ski lockers. The condo was so clean, and I'm a neat freak, so that was great. It was very dated though in terms of decor and furniture. As long as you can get past the 70s decor, it's very cozy and roomy for a family. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice if they had more pans, or better yet, an electric griddle for making mounds of pancakes in the morning. It just takes too long on the stove with meat cooking. Otherwise, all appliances worked well and the staples like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, tin foil, salt and pepper were there. The two bathrooms were very clean and simple. The beds do require some upgrading when it comes to the mattresses. I can get passed the 70's decor, but hard beds after a long day of skiing is problematic. Even the kids complained that the beds were too hard. Oddly, they had great comfy pillows, so that was certainly nice. It's convenient to the slopes, but quite far from downtown. I wouldn't recommend if you didn't have a car or wanted to walk to town."

  • Perfect Ski Vacation!

"My family stayed in this wonderful condo for a ski vacation. I can't say enough good things about it! It is located close to the slopes as well as the free bus route that runs around Breckenridge. It is a short walk to town and you can manage well without a car. The condo has a great floor plan, very comfortable beds and furniture. The owner and property managers were very helpful. If we return to Breckenridge, we will definitely return to this condo. Great location, great place, and great value!"
