Lovely place!
This adorable 2 bedroom place was perfect for my family of 4. It’s close to everything in Vail Valley and within walking distance of trails and a fun beach. It had everything we needed and was so clean. I loved having coffee on the patio before everyone woke up with the views and sounds of the River.

Wonderful Mountain Condo
This is a great spot for a getaway with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Walking distance to skiing bus routes and restaurants. We hit days at both Vail & Beaver Creek. We hope to return in the summer and enjoy the easy access to the river trail.

Location
The location in Avon was perfect. Great park across the street and several walking paths. Take advantage of the free transportation to Edward's,Beaver creek and Vail as parking is limited and expensive. The only downside of renting this condo: the people upstairs walked very heavy and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, sometimes this happened till well after midnight.

Heaven in Avon!
Angela did a great job supporting us. This property is fantastic! The AC Unit came in handy for the days over 76F. The fireplace is gas and really nice for the mornings that got below 45F. The River View is serene. This is our 4th year in Avon in August From The Houston Suburbs. We stayed at the Westin the first 3 years. A4 is So much better.
Exactly as pictured, stayed for 12 days and had a wonderful time exploring the valley from this adorable apartment, appreciated the conveniences within the unit and the beauty of the surrounds. The neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. While I don't think the upstairs noise is intentional per se, it was SIGNIFICANT and extended into the wee hours - exactly as a previous reviewer noted - the experience of being woken up 10 out of 12 nights well after 1am felt egregious; and sometimes during the day the place literally shook with whatever they were doing up there - it sounded like they were building, dragging and dropping heavy furniture. I don't want to think that they were doing it on purpose, sometimes it seemed like it honestly because it was incredibly booming and consistent, perhaps there's just zero insulation between floors.
