Welcome to Double Diagonal Bay — two side-by-side waterfront homes on Lake LBJ at 2518 and 2519 Diagonal, combined into one private compound. 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 19 guests across two distinct lakefront homes.

2518 Diagonal · The Pool House (sleeps 8)

The home built around lake LBJ. A 14' × 18' heated swimming pool with a 6-person spillover hot tub anchors a large outdoor patio with a propane fire pit, cushioned seating, dining for 6, a propane BBQ grill, and a 55" outdoor Smart TV for game day under the sun.

Inside, a fully equipped chef's kitchen features a JennAir cooktop, stainless oven, and granite counters, an 8-seat dining table, and a 5-seat breakfast bar. Two living rooms — the first-floor great room with a 75" Smart TV and lake views, and a second-floor lounge with a 75" Smart TV and walk-out balcony.



2519 Diagonal · The Game House (sleeps 11)

Built for entertaining. A dedicated first-floor game room features a pool table, board games, wet bar with refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink, a 60" Smart TV, and walk-out balcony overlooking the lake.

The main 2nd-floor living room is bright and open with a 75" Smart TV, full bar with wine refrigerator, propane fireplace, and lake views. The chef's kitchen features a Wolf propane cooktop and stainless oven. Outside, the 2nd-floor balcony has a 42" Smart TV, propane fire pit, and cushioned seating; the 1st-floor patio adds a grill with cooking stations and dining for 6.

One dog welcome in The Pool House at 2518 Diagonal only — no aggressive breeds, no puppies under 1 year. Non-refundable pet fee of $175.39 (taxes included). Signed rental agreement with dog details required. The Game House at 2519 Diagonal is strictly pet-free.

Self check-in at both homes with 24/7 guest support.

25 years minimum booking age applies

Both homes must be booked together to access the full 8BR / 19-guest Double Diagonal Bay configuration — each can also be rented individually as a standalone listing.



Fees:

Property Insurance is required for each booking that covers up to $10,000 in accidental damage

Cancelled reservations on certain booking sites have a 5% cancellation penalty



Areements

Check-In Form and Rental Agreement are required to be submitted prior to check-in.



ID and Credit Card:

Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted
