Our goal is to provide a comfortable, stylish and impeccably clean home for your stay. You can’t beat the location, conveniently positioned in close proximity to downtown, Port Tampa Bay, Benchmark Int'l Arena, Raymond James Stadium, MidFlorida Amphitheatre, the Tampa Convention Center, Busch Gardens and Bayshore Boulevard! With a May 2026 VRBO launch, be one of our first guests in this newly constructed garden bungalow conveniently located in Historic Ybor. The home was bought, designed and furnished to be an ideal short-term rental in Tampa Bay. Perhaps you are visiting for vacation, a family or group trip, a cruise, a sporting event, a concert, a convention or business trip, or to to visit our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, Busch Gardens or nearby Disney or Universal. Or maybe you are looking for a longer stay to enjoy our fabulous weather, scope out Tampa as a potential resident city or to work temporarily remotely. Whether short-term or a bit longer stay, we have designed this home with the guest in mind! The home offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms to accompany each room: a Master with a king bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen, and a 3rd bedroom with queen over queen bunks and a dedicated work space (pair your lap top with the provided monitor to work with a dual screen). There is also a sofa with a custom made twin bed topper if you need to accommodate up to 9 guests. The outside spaces are just as lovely as the modern stylish design of the interior. There is a front wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a swing. The back patio area is expansive offering an outdoor dining table that seats 6, outdoor furniture, a gas fire pit, a gas grill and a picturesque and relaxing shade garden. The front entryway is framed with a flowering arbor. We have not furnished the home with cheap furnishings. You will find we have paid close attention to interior design and there are high-end furnishings throughout. We perhaps take most seriously cleanliness. We assure you that you will find the home, linens and furnishings meticulously clean. We wouldn’t have it any other way! The entire home will be for your exclusive use! No shared spaces! Free parking for up to 5 vehicles on property! You will have access to the garage. The garage drive can accommodate 2 additional vehicles. And the grass area next to the garage drive can accommodate an additional 2 vehicles.
