Vacation apartment (70sqm) with terrace and garden

To ensure that your stay is truly enjoyable not only inside the house but also outside, we offer a gazebo with a barbecue area, a lawn with outdoor furniture, and a children’s play area in the garden with a swing and sandbox. The vacation rental is located on the first floor, measures 70 square meters, and accommodates four people. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. The cozy living room, with a sofa and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle, has everything you need. The vacation rental has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, featuring a shower, mirror, and toilet, rounds out the amenities. Wi-Fi is available in and around the house. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the total price will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance! Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 euros will be charged separately on site.
