Our holiday rental in Ouddorp aan Zee, on the edge of the province of Zeeland,<br>is located near the town centre and offers a beautiful view of the old town hall.<br>It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.<br><br>Just a few steps away is the charming centre of Ouddorp with its lovely<br>shops and numerous shopping options.<br><br>The beautiful beach and the Brouwersdam are just a ten-minute bike ride away.<br><br>The holiday rental is cosily furnished in the so-called “beach style.”<br>Light colours and plenty of windows make it a peaceful and relaxing place.<br><br>Layout:<br>Living room with a sleeper sofa, seating area, TV (no commercial channels)<br>Bedroom with a double bed<br>Bathroom with shower <br>Guest restroom<br>Luxurious kitchen, table with 4 chairs<br>Air conditioning<br>Patio<br><br>ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br>THE RENTAL PRICE IS BASED ON 2 PEOPLE; EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IS 10 EUROS PER NIGHT. DURING HIGH SEASON (MID-JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER) AND CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S EVE, WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!!!!<br><br>Additional costs: The tourist tax is 3 euros per person per night.<br>You do not pay any utility costs or reservation fees.<br>Free Wi-Fi<br>Check-in/Check-out<br>Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (Pick up keys at Tis goed kinderkleding, Stationsweg 2, Ouddorp).After 4:00 PM, pick up the keys at the residence at Stationsweg 2, Ouddorp<br>. Departure by 10:30 AM at the latest. Reservation: The reservation is valid as soon as we have received half of the total rental price. The remaining balance must be received no later than 1 month before arrival.<br><br>Miscellaneous: This is a non-smoking home; pets are not allowed!!!<br><br>SUNDAY IS OUR DAY OF REST AND NOT A CHECK-IN DAY (CHECKING OUT ON SUNDAY IS NO PROBLEM)<br>NOT FOR COMPANIES!!!!!
