The holiday home is located on the edge of a mountain village, around 800 metres from the lake and the centre of Pianello, which can be easily reached on foot or by car.

The house has several outdoor areas: A charming inner courtyard with seating welcomes you at the entrance. A roof terrace, which can be reached from the outside via a staircase, offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake.
The unspoilt garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants invites you to relax on the sun deck. A small reading balcony by the sleeping area offers additional comfort.

There is a large room in the annex, ideal for yoga, music, gymnastics and other activities.

Paths lead across the extensive garden, which are occasionally used by other residents.

Experience the magic of Italy in this spacious and stylishly furnished holiday home. This impressive accommodation combines modern design with historical elements and offers you a unique holiday experience close to the lake.

You enter the flat either from the picturesque lake side or through the idyllic inner courtyard. The light-flooded living room on the ground floor invites you to linger by the open fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a cosy dining table set, perfect for sociable evenings. Two elegant bathrooms offer every comfort: one with a shower and one with a shower, WC and washing machine.
A historic steep staircase leads to the upper bedrooms. Here you will find a double bedroom with a marvellous lake view and a twin bedroom, also on the lake side, with a connecting door to another twin bedroom on the garden side.

The flat is bright and modern, with lovely historical accents. The ground floor is laid with elegant stone tiles, while warm parquet flooring on the upper floor creates a cosy atmosphere. Thanks to the central heating on the ground floor, you can enjoy cosy warmth even on cooler days.

Ideal for families and travel groups with an exceptional sense of living and holidays, hikers and mountain bikers. The landlady Barbara is a yoga teacher. The stairs to the sleeping area are steep and not secured against falling. Individual wall protrusions in front of the house and on the property may require increased supervision for children.
There is a weekend studio with permanent tenants in the rear garden area.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long coastal paths - approx. 800 metres away.
You can reach the village and the beaches in 5 - 10 minutes via beautiful paths.

There is a public car park at the entrance to the village approx. 150 m from the house. The holiday home is reached via steps and natural stone paving. The village is largely car-free.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only for use 20 € per day (only heating available on the first floor)
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period April to September from 14 years of age
