Quiet, family neighborhood. 10 minutes to track, Downtown Saratoga Springs, and Saratoga Lake. 20 minutes to Lake George and within driving distance to Gore, Whiteface and West Mountain as well as Vermont.
Perfect size house for couples or families.
Quiet backyard with inground heated
pool and gas firepit.
*note… swingset is no longer in yard

What makes this property unique

Enjoy sitting outside in our large yard around the gas fire pit. The yard also includes a heated pool with two tables, a sitting area, chaise lounges and a gas barbecue. Inside you will have access to most spaces. This includes all four bedrooms, a family room with a sectional couch, a large, newly renovated kitchen with an island that seats seven people with eight additional seats for eating. You will also have access to our finished basement that includes a sectional couch and a 55” television. There is plenty of room for a crew of up to 12!
