Was such a cute, cozy place to stay for a weekend while in the area. The fresh bread was such a nice surprise. Would have loved if there was a shower, but overall still a great little cottage.

Thank you for the nice review, Ally. I understand the desire for a shower and we used to have one in there. It just didn't work out, so we installed the slipper tub with the sprayer attachment and it worked much better. I'll make sure I have pictures of the bathing situation in the future so guests have a better idea when they preview for a potential stay. Regardless, we were happy to host you and hope you consider us if you're in the area again.

I stayed at this beautiful cottage for a quite time away and it was absolutely perfect! The host replied back quickly, the cottage/property was very clean, and the small special touches made the cottage feel like home away from home. I am picky about beds and I slept like a baby! Everything was so cozy and peaceful. I will definitely be going back!

If you are looking for a relaxed, safe and beautiful setting in the country, this is the spot for you! The hostess was very attentive and answered my text messages within minutes. She offered to answer any questions I might have had.The cottage was completely renovated and Furnished to offer comfort and peace of mind.

Pennys place was absolutely amazing. Her hospitality is unmatched. We stayed in this guest house on our way out of town and didn’t want to leave. The amenities checked all of our boxes and then some. Pictures don’t do this place justice. If you’re looking for a nice quiet setting in an amazing little guest house. This is the perfect place to be. We will definitely be back. Next time to just use this as our getaway spot. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

This cottage in Bancroft is overflowing with charm! As soon as I entered the property, I was greeted with an adorable cottage that offered all the comforts of Home and modern living—a welcoming porch, a beautiful kitchen space, a relaxing living room area, equipped with a coffee and tea bar, a claw foot bathtub, a cozy bed and a peaceful environment. A freshly baked loaf of bread with all the fixings for a nutritious breakfast awaited me in the kitchen.The owner has a very fine eye for detail. Everything was in place, tidy and clean.She offered immediate and clear communication to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this super cute cottage to anyone seeking R&R in a country setting.

This cottage is absolutely adorable! It’s a country modern decor, pictures are spot on. It was spotless and the host is awesome. They had everything we needed to make breakfast and a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect! The host went way beyond what you would expected in a vacation rental.
