We loved our stay here! We came to Michigan for the Penn State Michigan State football game and loved the small town USA vibe in Owosso! This property was immaculate and perfect for what we needed!

Such a nice stay: quiet, yet so close to everything, including Fosters, a wonderful coffee shop. This is my second visit and I hope to be back soon

We had a bit of trouble with the door lock. Ended up waiting in the hallway over 30 minutes until the handyman could get there and let us in and change the key. That was inconvenient. The actual unit is nice. Very clean. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Be aware there is a lot of road noise from motorcycles to semi trucks constantly driving past the unit making. It less than peaceful so if that is a nuisance to you, you need to consider this before your stay. It bothered me and I only stayed 1 night. Overall with no access and the road noise it was an average stay.

First, I want to say the loft was beautiful and worked out well for my gathering. But the buzzer wasn't very loud so I kept going downstairs to let people in. Also, there was a misunderstanding which loft I selected on VRBO so Rebecca explained what happen. Lastly, there should be more instructions on getting and returning right key. Hope you find this helpful.

Great stay in downtown Owosso. The living area and kitchen were open, light and airy. The kitchen had all items necessary for our stay and a full size washer and dryer were available as well. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom had a shower, tub and vanity were ample. We loved the location and were able to take in the Farmers Market behind the building Saturday morning. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment which could use a new mattress as it sags to the center very badly, and better hospitality in terms of welcome. We booked for only one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We didn't receive the lockbox code until we reached out after being instructed it would be sent prior to our check in time of 4pm. By 8pm no code but promptly responded with code after our message. Apartment was very clean but no towels were out. After a search I located towels but walked about with wet hand while searching. Paid a cleaning fee but was expected to place all linens used in washer and start it prior to departing and to empty the bathroom trash. Hmmmmmm!

Excellent all around and lots to do

Close to restaurant and big stores, all that a person needs but unsure if anything for children. One suggestion is that the add shows a patio to sit out on in the morning but it is a different rental, it is either the front view or back view.

Great loft. Location is central to Owosso downtown. Very comfortable overall stay. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this loft. Becky was fantastic to communicate with. The loft is absolutely spotless and stocked with everything one may need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Superbly comfortable bed and linens... spotless bathroom and kitchen. The couch was super comfy to curl up on with the throw blanket and read my book or flip channels. I loved the view.... the road noise did not bother me at all. You can't hear anything from the bedroom. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Actually... I'd move in and live here happily if given the opportunity! Thank you, Becky, for making my surprise trip to Michigan perfectly relaxing.

Nice property. Had a little trouble entering the property. Code was not sent. I was able to get in contact with owner and code was sent. Only other problem encountered was not being able to get ceiling fan in bedroom to work.

Long weekend

My husband and I were in town for a wedding at Curwood Castle. The location was great within walking distance. The room was quiet and parking was right behind the loft

The loft was very morden and nice and big. It's has Big windows with NO shades so a lot of light comes in. Also you can be seen from people on the street if you are standing close to the windows. The air conditioning worked great as you can set it to the temp you want. It is very loud from cars/trucks below on the street.The fan in the bedroom wasn't working and the area rug needs to be tacked down as my wife trip a few times on it whlle getting up at night. We were able to get to everything by walking. There was a Farmers Market on Saturday and the Castle was just down the street. Other places to see were within 5-20 mins drive time. Over all as this was our first time ever doing this (on our bucket list) we had a great time!
