The property was beautiful and clean! However, was disappointed with not being provided info on community rules/regulations. We took our boat and was told a day after we arrived boats were not allowed in the community. When booking this property I asked about a boat ramp near by that we would have our boat and was never told about the no boat policy. Luckily we found a friend of a friend that has property near by to keep our boat at for the remainder of our stay.
