Awesome unit, great stay

Top marks go the owners of the unit. The townhome was spacious and very well appointed. Awesome location and just a short walk to downtown Park City! I would highly recommend. We felt like we were at home during our stay.

Great place for family get together

We planned a family get together and this unit was perfect. It had everything including a playpen for our 2-year old grandson. Very clean and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The location worked great for skiing and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Thank you for all the memories we made.

Deer valley lakeside unit 83

Townhouse was excellent, great kitchen- well stocked, everything was convenient and easy access, all shopping was 10 minutes away, kids had a great time skiing at deer valley, and this who snowboard found park city ski area great.

As advertised

Just returned from a skiing getaway. This condo located three minutes from the main drop-off area of Deer Valley. My wife doesn't ski so she dropped us off each morning, but the Deer Valley shuttle swings through the condo loop pretty regularly. Communal pool and hot-tub seem to be well maintained. Condo itself is in a great location and is well stocked with pretty much anything you need....they were even nice enough to leave left-over seasonings, canned goods, etc.. from previous tenants. My only issue....and it has nothing to do with the owners or the management company.....the primary sleeping quarters are below the living room and kitchen, and when people walk around, there's a stunning amount of noise transmitted from upstairs-to-downstairs. Despite the condo being carpeted nicely, the wood under the carpet squeaks and squeals no matter how light-footed you are. Again, not blaming the owners as I'm sure there's not much you can do to mitigate, just a function of older construction I presume. But in the interest of full disclosure, if you're a light sleeper, you'll be up with the first person making coffee. Would I stay in this condo again? You bet. Good location. Plenty of space. Decent water pressure. Market pricing.

Great Location for Ski Trip

Condo is located basically at the driving entrance to Deer Valley's main entrance. Nice amenities throughout, very friendly contacts when you need anything. Beds comfortable and kitchen/living area ample. Modern electronics throughout. Highly recommended, i was there with my 18 year old son, but condo could comfortably had held 4-6 more people (2 BR's blow, 1 loft BR and a pocket BR off from kitchen). No issues at all during our stay, we would definitely come back next time we are near Deer Valley.

Great Ski Vacation

My family of 5 (three kids under 7) had a wonderful stay at this property. Close enough to walk to Snow Park Lodge, or you can easily call for a shuttle pick up/drop off from your front door. The space is large and very clean, and well stocked with towels, bath products, and kitchen ware. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the pillows and sheets (at least in the master bedroom!) and to stock the kitchen with a few more cooking essentials, such as salt and sugar (you don't want to have to buy this stuff on vacation). Besides that, our stay was exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again....

Great Space and Location

We travel a lot and this was our first VRBO experience. We were very pleased with the space and the amenities. Great kitchen set up and utensils for cooking and lots of towels and other amenities. The shuttle to Deer Valley was extremely convenient. We were really pleased with this condo.

Family Affair

This condo worked very well for my family of 6 people. It was close to the slopes with access to the Deer Valley shuttle with a short walk. It was weel equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, blankets and pillows.

Great place to stay near the Deer Valley Snow Lodge

We (group of 4 adults and 1 baby) stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy with the space, upkeep and amenities. The property manager is very professional and prompt with replies before and during the rental period. Bathrooms even had L'occitane toiletries provided and it was easy for us to cook most of our meals in the full kitchen. The manager offered personal touches like putting us in touch with/arranging for service providers that we were satisfied with - limo, groceries, ski rental and baby equipment rental. For skiers, you can just hail down the deer valley shuttles that stop outside your door every 15 min in the mornings and tip the drivers instead of waiting for the bus on the main road. The drive to Snow Park lodge takes 2 min. We would stay here again.

Spring Break at Lakeside.

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside. The property was neat and clean. The managers were helpful. It is close to Deer Valley and Main Street. We would definitely stay there again .
