Welcome to our Park City Vacation Home in the Racquet Club Village. Our 3-level, end-unit townhome has BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of Canyons Mountain and Park Meadows Golf Course from almost every room. It is in a safe, prestigious area with lots of land around the complex for kids to play and build a snowman.

Our home has been completely remodeled and has stainless steel appliances, granite, and a hot tub. The Kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided. It is approximately 1430 square feet and sleeps 8. It has three private bedrooms: one KING, one QUEEN, and one with TWO DOUBLE BEDS. Each bedroom has its own bath to use, two with tub/shower and one with a large shower. There is a fourth bath on the first floor which has a shower.

FIRST FLOOR_____________________________________________________________
-LIVING ROOM: 65" Roku Flat Screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, CD player with AUX outlet for speaker connection, sofa, 4 club chairs, storage ottoman, two large sliding glass doors w/mountain/golf course views.

-KITCHEN: Fully equipped and has all stainless appliances: dishwasher, range, side-by-side refrigerator, and a microwave. Open to living room w/ breakfast bar and four bar stools (which can supplement seating in living room). Mountain/golf course view can be seen from the kitchen.

-DINING: Table has two benches that can seat six easily or can seat eight with four on each bench.

-POWDER BATH: Has shower & heater.


SECOND FLOOR_____________________________________________________
-MASTER: KING bed, 42' flat screen TV, two large sliding glass doors with mountain/golf course views, and a private bath with double sinks, tub/shower & heater.

-GUEST: QUEEN bed, 32' flat screen TV, DVD player, one sliding glass door, and a bath next to it with tub/shower & heater.

-WASHER/DRYER: Full size stackable unit at top of stairs.

-THIRD FLOOR BEDROOM: Two DOUBLE beds, 32' flat screen TV, DVD player, private bath with large shower & heater. Perfect area for kids or family with younger children that want to be together.

PORCHES__________________________________________________
-PRIVATE HOT TUB with mountain/golf course views, only a few steps from the back door. No long walk in the cold to the hot tub. There is a wraught iron table with 4 chairs on the back porch and a table and two chairs on the front porch.

Our home is less than 10 minutes from The Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, and The Canyons Ski Resort. Access ether by car or bus. There are four additional mountains in the area: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton within about a 40 minute drive, Robert Redford's Sundance Mountain is about an hour drive.

Park City is one of the closest, most easily accessible ski area to reach from an international airport. It is located about 36 miles from Salt Lake City Airport, and it is about a 35 minute drive to the Park City exit off Interstate 80. If you decide not to rent a car, the airport transportation is easily available and the free Park City Bus stops every 20 minutes just outside the complex.

The Park City Racquet Club now called the MARC, a community recreational center which was remodeled in 2011, is encircled by the Racquet Club Village Condos. It is one of the venues for Sundance Film Festival and offers vacationers an array of amenities including sauna, hot tub, swimming pools, outdoor pickleball, indoor and outdoor tennis, basketball, fitness classes, and more. It is open to the public, has reasonable rates, and no membership is required.

One of the wonderful things about Park City is its historic downtown with its quaint Main Street lined with wonderful shops, numerous art galleries, and incredible cuisine. It has a comfortable small town feel, though it offers the amenities of a much larger city. The area also offers numerous restaurants, shops, theaters, grocery stores, Walmart, the Park City Outlet Mall (Old Navy, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Banana Republic, and many more), the Olympic Park, as well as many ski shops. It is a wonderful area for a vacation any time of the year. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall, there are many other fun things to do like bike riding, zip line, alpine slide, alpine coaster, hiking, horse back riding, tennis, golf (6 in the area), rapid rides. At the public reservoirs there are also all types of water sports in the summer.
