This property is next to a playground with a full basketball court, baseball field, fishing station, and walking distance to the community private beach. You can take the train or the ferry into the city of Boston, or Gillette stadium. You can stay also stay local and hit Brava, Bates, El Sarape, 4 corners, or Liberty at the Landing for some local hangouts-all under 2 miles from the house. If you enjoy the outdoors you can hit Webb Memorial state park or many of New England mountains and beaches,
