No need to strip beds just leave them unmade for our cleaning crew.
Return the beach pass to the guest folder.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited unless explicit approval is provided by the host and a separate event agreement is executed.
A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
Absolutely no pets are permitted on the property; any violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

The house and yard were beautiful and the house was extremely well stocked with everything anyone would need. Also the host was very nice.I would definitely recommend it and hope my family can stay there again in the future

We stayed here while in town for a wedding at Black Rock Country Club. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and clean. Chrissy was incredibly responsive. Would love to return in the summer to maximize the incredible outdoor space and location!

The property was beautiful. One suggestion would be to make internal stairways more slip resistant since it was requested that we wear socks only in the house. The hardwood floors were polished and beautiful but slippery.The house and location were exactly as presented on the website. The hosts were great to deal with.It was a great house for a family vacation or special event (weekend with friends, etc.). Outdoor space was large and enclosed, great for kids, grandkids, or games.

The Black Rock Beach House experience was perfect. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Christine, the host, was responsive and helpful. The property is gorgeous and the beach is just across the street. Thank you, Christine for a fantastic experience.

Guest removed $350 worth of knives from the property (clearly documented in before/after videos). A month later left 2 star review.
