This place is very convenient to local restaurants so you can walk there without having to pay for parking. You can also easily walk to the beach and The Hangout. The negatives for this place are on cleanliness. Both curtain liners were pink and moldy. The main bedroom tub pooled water when taking a shower. There was lots of hair left on several towels and wash clothes. There were stains on the bed mattresses.
