Very clean apartment, and very good communication with the host, who was wonderful. They're clearly still working on some upgrades to the place: trim missing, tape on the walls etc. That didn't bother me, but it may bother some. It's not located in a great neighborhood. We didn't have any issues, but again, that may turn some people off.

The Neighbourhood is in proximity to many General Aviation Airport that I frequently landed. its also along the Hudson River that has many great Restaurants,
Stewart Airport international , Old RHinebeck Airport, Kingston, Poughkeepsie International, Columbia , SKy Acre, and many others Private Airports. The Greenary is amazing from above and at the surface - no wild fires .

Walk to Waterfront- Hilly roads. My Building was built in 1890 and renovated with new kitchens and baths ,very long- 70 feet in length- privacy to guests who are resting from guests who are engaged watching TV or Chatting. Across from a children's park and Church which allow for quiet nights and days except for some summer nights. Very Sunny all day
