Dream holiday home with pool, sea views and absolute privacy in a very quiet location in Icod de Los Vinos. The evergreen garden with tropical plants around the huge pool (8 x 5 m) is a real highlight. For families with small children, there is even a playhouse, which guarantees parents a relaxing time. A barbecue and dining area completes the outdoor space with a shower room (with hot water).

The living area with fireplace (firewood not included) and high speed WIFI has a dining area with integrated kitchen overlooking the pool area. The master bedroom, with a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed and combined both, hot and cold air conditioning, faces the rear of the house. In front of the garden, overlooking the pool, is the second bedroom with a comfortable new sofa bed (1,35 x 1,90 m) and a working area with desk. The additional shower room in the house area is completely renovated. In the small laundry room there is a washing machine, which is of course at the disposal of our guests.
