This cozy, quaint condo awaits you and your family for your next vacation! This gorgeous condo provides access to a shared pool where you can enjoy some fun in the sun! There is a full kitchen for easy meal preparation so you won't have to dine out for every meal! Stay connected with the free WiFi throughout the home. There is a shared swimming pool available to cool off as well!

Located in Wells, which is known as 'the friendliest town in Maine, you will be under four miles away from Wells Beach and close to public beaches and plenty of entertainment. Wells Harbor is four and a half miles north where you can canoe, paddleboard, or kayak up the Webhannet River. There, you can also find the Wells Harbor Park, that offers plenty of outdoor activities. This town is known as the Antique Capital, so you shouldn't be surprised to find several antique stores around! Or you can try your hand at golfing at one of the many golf courses around, that includes Old Marsh Country Club, Merriland Farms or Tee Shot Golf Range.

Our stay was lovely! We were in close walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. After the beach, we enjoyed our time in the pool. The pool area was very clean.

Totally suited our needs for 3 days. Good location pretty clean. Floors, walls and baseboards could use a good clean, but the high touch areas were clean, as well as the sheets. Quiet, but close to everything! We would stay again!

Beautiful getaway

This is our 4th year at this property and we absolutely love it. It the cutest studio I have ever seen. Place is so cozy.. we look forward to this every year..it is central to everything and neighbors are so friendly.

Great location! Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin so you hear your neighbors conversations pretty clearly. Also pretty small. Wouldnt recommend bookingbfor more than 2 people

Clean and Cozy

We had a great time with our stay! The condo was clean and cozy, and the furniture was in great condition. The bed was comfortable for my partner and I. Only two things that prevented me from giving this five stars - we had no way of controlling the baseboard heat, so it was uncomfortably warm when we arrived back to the condo every day. The wifi was spotty, but more reliable after our first day. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Clean and Comfortable

I spent a week here when I was taking a furniture carving course nearby. The place is well kept and comfortable. Descent amount of dishes and pots etc for cooking. Good coffee maker and toaster. The only negative is the walls between units are paper thin. That's fine for normal people but there were some people next door that really have some issues to work out and they were yellers. Even had to call the cops one night. They only stayed 4 nights though.

The condo had some issues. The refrigerator was not running properly and making loud noises. The walls were thin and you could hear the people next door. The closet was the supply closet for the linens, etc so there was no place to hang your clothes.

It was clean & well maintained

It was a clean & well maintained property. It was good for the short getaway I had planned (booked 2 nights but arrived late and only used the 2nd night). Advertising that it sleeps 4 is generous. The pull out couch is useless… i’ve eaten sandwiches thicker than that mattress & the couch is not comfortable either (that’s where I slept.) That leaves a full size bed & a twin. The full is pushed into a corner so if both the ppl sleeping in that bed get up in the night, that causes an issue. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great…dribbled out.

Perfect

Nous avons apporté nos vélos, ainsi nous allons porter toutes nos choses à la mer, et un de nous deux retourne porter la voiture pour revenir en vélo. Stationnement gratuit pour le vélo. Seulement 1,1 km entre le condo et la mer, Moody Beach . Situé entre Ogunquit et Wells, c’est parfait . Nous y retournerons .

Clean cute cottage

Very clean. Easy check in/out. All linens and kitchen supplies and bathrooms items provided. Nice location although not really a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping however.

Adorable cottage in a perfect location.

Cottage was clean and adorable... only complaint.. and nothing to do with vacssa... was that the pool was not cleaned every day...lots of bugs floating around.
