Close to the Beach!

Wonderful spot for a quick Maine get away! A short walk to the beach and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location to access nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Well stocked kitchen allowed for ease of cooking breakfast before heading out for the day. Comfortable living area to gather for game playing, tv watching, or meals. Friendly owners are on site to aid with questions.

Great place, perfect location

Had a wonderful stay here, just what our family needed. Perfect size for me, my husband and two teenagers. Clean and pleasant with friendly hosts. Ocean St location is our favorite spot in Ogunquit, so close to Footbridge Beach that you can go back and forth from the beach all day long.

Great location!

The property is near to the beach and many activities in Ogunquit and Wells. Elaine was a very accommodating host. It is cozy and private with a lovely breeze through the place. It came fully equipped for a great stay.

Clean and very close to beach

We were very happy with the inlaw apt. The 2 bedrooms we prefect for my wife and 2 kids. It was very clean and so close to footbridge Beach. We'd definitely love to stay here again in the future.

wonderful vacation spot

Highlights *short walk to beach...fantastic for young children *quiet neighborhood and street *parking accommodated both our vehicles *towels and linens included *fully functioning kitchen *super helpful and accommodating hosts *AC and several fans *easy walk to several great restaurants The only thing I would have done differently is brought a night light for our kids. We had a GREAT stay and would love to visit again. Thank you!

Love this area!

Love the area! Vrbo was clean. Was concerned about 4 ladies getting ready with one shower and possible lack of hot water but that proved to be a non issue! Plenty of hot water to go around! Parking was a bit dicey, but manageable. Definitely would recommend this property.

Very good rental unit

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, spacious, with pleasing decor and with a good location (within walking distance to the beach). One issue that we had was the air conditioning unit. The outside temps were in the 80’s but the ac unit did not effectively cool the entire condo and was very noisy.

Great Location, Clean and Quiet

This property is a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants and bars. An easy walk into the village but just far enough removed from the bustle to be peaceful. The unit was clean and well furnished,attached to the owners home but with separate parking and entrance. Elaine was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out. Would definitely stay again!

Cute Apartment

This little apartment was adorable, comfortable, and included everything needed for my mother/daughter trip. The owners were very hospitable and attentive to problems with the television. The apartment was close to the ocean and restaurants/attractions in town. It is a great place to stay for a small group of family or friends.

Very conveniently located just a short walk to Footbridge Beach, which is a beautiful beach with a huge sweep of sand. In general the property was clean and nice. The kitchen has an island that was good for food prep. The VRBO description incorrectly says that it has a laundry. We confirmed with the owners that it doesn't. We had overpacked so it wasn't an issue for us but is worth knowing if you like to pack light.The living room and second bedroom are spacious. The main bedroom is rather tight but there is space immediately outside the bedroom to stash stuff.Overall it was a very good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic location with everything you need. The owners were great and accessible if needed. There was an AC unit in the main area and lots of fans. This unit is attached to the owners house with a swing door. There are so many great restaurants to walk to. Only a few minute walk to footbridge beach and quick bike ride to Ogunquit beach. Simple check in and check out process. Great experience and would stay here again!

Great beach apartment

We loved Elaine's place. It was clean, airy and comfortable for our group of 3 adults, and a 4th for 1 night. A quick walk to the beach. At least 4 restaurants an equally quick walk away, and we ate outside in the private backyard area almost every night. Equipped with an air conditioner and fans, we were there on some hot days and it was not uncomfortable at all. A great place close to the beach and who doesn't want that?. If your week is available, I suggest booking it ASAP.

Perfect location to beach and downtown but…

Very clean and very outdated. Recliners and other furniture are at least 30 years old and have lost their padding. Dining table and chairs very dated and worn - again even the chair pads were very old. We had what we needed and everything functioned. Hosts are warm and friendly, not intrusive. Kitchen is rudimentary tools only so bring all your condiments spices, etc. All in all the location and cleanliness are top notch. The rest will do. Hosts are kind and accommodating. The location is perfect.

Lovely, cozy little apartment, good location, missing a few normative basics

We again enjoyed the Ogunquit area (been a few times) in this clean, comfortable apartment. The preparation could have been a bit more “magnaminous” by way of normative, anticipated inclusions. (Examples: There was salt and pepper, and someone perhaps left a dry seasoning bottle. We had to immediately buy toilet paper as there was less than 1/3 roll in total and three paper napkins). Onsite owners - maintaining detachment- seemingly leave all to a service number, and clearly preferred that unacknowledged distance as we passed them a few times. TV standard channels and live news were absent or skewed in one direction, but there were other canned, cable options. Otherwise: a very nice place.
