The location was great but you aren’t but there is PFAS in the water which was in listing but it is also in pool which you don’t find out about until you get there which is tough with kids because it is unsafe. There were a number of flies and alot of the furniture was stained

Issue with water. Toilet in master BR doesn’t flush well. Tubs don’t drain well with shower. Top shelf if refrigerator was full of ice and water leaking from freezer. Refrigerator wasn’t clean. Beds are not comfortable in any room.

This was a totally adequate condo, but definitely not as nice as some others in the complex. We have stayed here in the past. It’s nothing fancy at all, which is fine - we don’t need anything fancy, but there were a few issues that should be addressed. You can’t drink the water - no big deal- but all of the other units seemed to have water coolers and extra bottles outside the front doors of each unit while this unit just had a flat of water bottles in the refrigerator. If they aren’t going to supply a water cooler, they could at least get one of the pumps that go into the large jugs that are available all over the property. It would be much easier and less wasteful than using a lot of water bottles. The refrigerator leaks, seemingly from the freezer, on to the top shelf. There is a drawer l on the top shelf of the fridge to catch it?When we were out of water and reached out to the host for where to find more on the property, I got a quick response that I would hear from someone local who manages the units. I never heard from them, even after following up. The instructions for the unit need to be updated with accurate info on where to take the garbage and recycling. It’s no longer by the office. There are sheds by the other buildings with garbage/recycling. The shed for F & G should be there in September sometime, so for now, walk to another building from this unit. Lastly, the carpet in the living room is badly in need of a cleaning. There are spots all over it.
