Relax in style and make this beautiful ski-in/out condo your home away from home for the duration of your stay here in Steamboat Springs. Sitting in the heart of all the action, you will have easy access to the slopes and stunning mountain views from the private balcony. Come summertime, guests can easily have fun away from the snow, as the shared swimming pool, fitness center, and various shops on-site will keep you busy! When everyone gathers back at home base after exciting days outside, a warm meal can be whipped up in the full kitchen and everyone can relax while sharing photos on social media or watching a movie on the large TV!

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

The ski in/out location cannot be beat. Pool and hot tubs were lovely, and adjacent to the condo. Parking was easy with the garage. We cooked some and dined in town. A bit snug for family of 5, but overall great. Would stay again.

Great condo, spacious, comfortable, and a TRUE ski in/out, just steps from the new gondola and all the restaurants /shops at the base. Loved it. A very small thing, but the dryer only dries clothes if you run them 2-3 times.

Beautiful place in the mountains

Loved the location and the apartment was clean and inviting. This is my second time staying at Torian Plum and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Condo Tucked at the base of the mountain

This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo had everything we needed for a quick family getaway. It was located right at the base of the mountain and close to fun activities for all….yet was a quiet location in the evening.

Summer getaway!

We stayed here for our summer vacation this year and had a blast! My husband and 9 year old son loved riding the gondola and doing the bike trails down, my 3 year old son loved renting a strider and doing the little strider park right there at the base of the mountain, and my 11 year daughter and I loved the Rodeo on Friday night and our trail ride and picnic! The condo is fantastic and just what we needed for this adventure based trip! Thanks for the wonderful stay, we will be back!

Perfect location

This unit was perfect for our family. The location was centrally located, without being right in the thick of the crowds. Easy ski in/ski out, plenty of restaurants right there, clean, updated. Not much more you could ask for.

You can’t beat the location of this unit. The condo was clean and plenty big for two teens and two adults. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect home base in Steamboat!

With mountain views, a fully stocked kitchen, and the perfect location, this ski-in / ski-out condo has it all! Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was welcoming and helpful, parking was convenient, and the property was spotless when we arrived. There was even a shuttle, just a phone call away, to transport us to and from downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal condo right on the base of the mountain. Steamboat is great and this condo rocks!

Close, cozy, clean, comfy and up to date. This condo was a great place to call home. Janeth made sure we were happy from start to finish...and even sent back my charging chord that I left behind. And, the on site staff is over the top helpful.

Great location!

Our unit was clean and exactly as described online. The location was fantastic. Able to ski in and out and walk to restaurants. The shuttle service they had is very accommodating and will take you wherever you want to go. Mostly only a 10 to 15 minute wait for the shuttle. Would highly recommend.

Great unit in a great location!

We stayed here midweek and overall Steamboat was pretty quiet. The unit was amazing, it had everything we needed or wanted. Kitchen was large and it was nice to be able to make meals and stay in. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and looked lovely. Location was perfect, easy access to the base area and the activities going on. Fun to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view of the mountain. Definitely will be going back!!

Overall, nice place to stay for the week Airy and light other than the small bedroom which is lacking an overhead light. The pullout couch beds are ok but wooden frames are starting to poke through bed cushioning. Kitchen is good, bathrooms are good, and the parking was easy. Washer and dryer a big plus.

Change Venue

After one night of a 3 day stay we changed rooms. The refrigerator was malfunctioning. We lost some medications & food. However the management was VERY resposive and gave a choice of two better rooms.

Caveat for summer guests

Very nice property and would be great during ski season. This was advertised as air conditioned, which I thought meant the entire unit, and booked it anticipating the heat wave. Only the master bedroom has an air conditioner. I slept in the 2nd bedroom and coming from the eastern time zone was ready for bed at 9 AM. There was a lot of noise from revelers on the plaza which the 2nd bedroom overlooks. Even with the window closed the noise kept me awake.

Sleeps no more than 5 guests

Beautiful view of the mountain, convenient access to the slopes and the mountain. Master bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. Kids/guest bedroom with the bunkbeds does not have adequate clothing storage and the TV does not work other than with DVD's. The fireplace is very difficult to get it to work with the remote, sometimes it would come on and sometimes it would not. The fold out chaises as part of the couch are extremely uncomfortable and don't even have a mattress, I would not rely on this as additional sleeping space. Overall this unit was clean and served the purpose.

The television should have a cable available and a Roku Live TV as well. In addition to that, the sofa bed should have a mattress stored in one of the home's cabinets. We know how frustrating it must have been, but we would really have loved to help you if only these were reported while you were in the home.
