Start your mornings with coffee on the wraparound deck as the sun comes up over the water. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, beachcombing, or searching for Petoskey stones along the shoreline. In the evening, gather outside by the fire and enjoy the sounds of the lake.
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and designed for relaxing. The open layout includes beautiful lake views, a fully stocked kitchen, and two separate living areas, giving families and small groups room to spread out. High-speed Wi-Fi and two desk areas also make it easy for remote workers to settle in.

Sleeping arrangements include a king primary bedroom, a queen bedroom with a pullout futon, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and also includes a Pack ’n Play for families traveling with little ones.

Guests have access to the full home, private beach, outdoor spaces, and laundry room. A kayak, beach toys, and water gear are available in the shed for guest use. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple and convenient.
While the setting feels private and tucked away, downtown Alpena is just a short drive away for restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
