The Space:

Welcome to your private retreat in Northside Ocean Pines! This entire home offers a peaceful escape, nestled within a dense, green forest setting, making it the perfect home base for your coastal vacation.



Key Features:

Living Area: Clean and cozy large sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV, perfect for relaxing.

Kitchen & Dining: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area; Keurig 2 in 1 coffee pot (pods or coffee pod)

Bedrooms: 3 great sized bedrooms with natural light; King bedroom has an en suite bathroom

Bathrooms: Both full bathrooms contain a tub and shower.

Outdoor Space: Screened in porch with sectional sofa as well as a deck with outdoor dining table and chairs. A Blackstone 36" grill is available for you to use.

Board games, cards etc available for some family fun

Pet-Friendly: We welcome you to bring your furry family members along!

Parking: Plenty of parking for your group

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, patio, and yard. Entry is seamless and secure with a keyless smart lock. A unique door code will be generated and provided specifically for the duration of your stay, allowing for convenient self-check-in.

House was very nice, comfortable and clean. The only thing that was a little disappointing was having to do laundry twice in 5 days because there weren’t enough bath rags or towels. Would definitely stay again though!

We love this place. The beds are all so comfortable with cushy support. Pillows are ample and fluffy. House was co clean and well appointed. Directions are clear and things are labeled. We loved our family movie night on the comfy couch and that we could bring our senior pup with us. We loved the screened in porch - so peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen. Water pressure is decent enough, nice soaking tub.There are also two huge drying racks so we could dry suits and our beach towels from home (so helpful). This house is in a community with 5 pools! They also have family nights and two of the pools have bars/restaurants. One pool is on the beach/boardwalk - and the house comes with the parking pass! Kids and bounce between pool and beach. The 5 community pools also include an indoor pool for rainy days. The lifeguards at the Indoor pool are so great - they are able to accommodate kids and adults with special needs and are gentle in their corrections/explanations. Indoor pool also had pool noodles and life jackets for visitors. Lots of tables and you can bring food to make the most of the rain day. You can also meet boat tours (OC Bay Hopper - recommend!) at the neighborhood marina. You are about 15-20 mins from OC boardwalk and 30 mins to Fenwick Island. A clean, comfortable house with a lot of huge perks to go with it … as our 4 year old said “can we move here, please?”
