This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home. ke. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Incredible, relaxing stay

We escaped the Florida heat and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The views were incredible, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the town of Franklin was adorable with plenty going on. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back!

Great view, new appliances, very comfortable and clean. Outside fireplace was relaxing. Simple, unassuming home from the outside, but such a cool place to stay overall! As expected in many mountain homes, 1/2 mile drive up can be a little tricky for some small vehicles.
