The apartment features a private entrance, private living area, full bathroom, comfortable sleeping accommodations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and everything needed for a productive and relaxing stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire basement apartment and its private entrance.

Additional amenities include:

• Self check-in with a personalized smart-lock code

• Driveway parking

• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Outdoor patio/backyard access

• Complementary Cleaning service every 5-6 weeks during your stay. The cleaning service will include washing bedding and sheets.

• PLEASE NOTE: access to laundry (washer and dryer) is in a shared space which you will have access to 10AM-6PM Friday-Sunday.
