Het verblijf was erg fijn. De accommodatie was schoon, lag in een mooie wijk en dichtbij de natuur!Bereikbaarheid was ook goed!

L’appuntamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, vie di comunicazioni ottime per andare al centro di Vienna e una menzione speciale va agli host che sono molto ospitali, come se fossi a casa tua. Consigliatissimo per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ein stimmungsvolles Wohnen

Die angebotene Wohnung liegt am Rande Wiens, aber eigentlich nah an das Zentrum. Sehr gut erreichbar sowohl per Auto (ca 25 Min.), als auch per Bus und U-Bahn (35 Min.). Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, das breite Doppelbett sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, durchs Fenster kann man/frau eine schöne, hügelige Landschaft genießen. Die Gastgeber sind charmant, sehr sympatisch. Was will man mehr?... Und dann kommt noch eine Nachricht dass am Sylvester um 17 Uhr die in der Volksoper aufgezeichnete Premiere von "Im Weißen Rößl" im Fernsehen ausgestrahlt wird. Fabelhaft.

夜遅くのチェックインだったが、親切丁寧に対応してくれたため、非常に助かりました。また、夜に1人で出歩くことができるほど治安が良く、閑静でとても過ごしやすい地域でした。スーパーが近くに1店舗あるので、買い物は基本的にそこで済ませることができ、バス停やSバーンの駅が近くにあるため、ウィーン中心部へのアクセスも良かったです。 Sバーンの駅から行くと施設までの道が少し複雑なので、バスの方がよりアクセスしやすいです。

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, nur kein Schnee. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ob es um Fahr-oder Parkkarten oder andere Dinge ging. Unsere DG-Wohnung war gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Familie Schilling

Very Nice Stay

The property and apartment itself were very clean, comfy and well decorated! The apartment is about 30-50 minutes away from everything in the heart of Vienna, so if you do not mind taking public transit, then this is a good option! Ilse and Otto were great hosts and made sure we had everything that we needed during check-in! They live in the building so they were always available for any issues that came up! We did have a few issues: the apartment is not friendly for disabled guests. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment. On the listing, it mentions having a washer/dryer, but it is not mentioned that the washer and dryer was in the basement and shared with the other residents of the building. We also found some stink-bugs in the apartment as well. There was also a lack of supplies in the apartment: we very quickly ran out of hand-soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. There was also a lack of communication when it came to the checking in and checking out process. We arrived to the location with very little information about where to go and what to do.

Kurzurlaub in Wien

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Beuchert, die uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ermöglicht haben. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und er hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, die angrenzenden Wiesen und der Wald bieten tollen Auslauf für große und kleine Fellnasen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und man erreicht recht unkompliziert das Herz von Wien. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Cozy and relaxing.

We felt welcomed from the first moment. The apartment was clean, it was warm; we had a small kitchen at our disposal, so we could cook; the bathroom was clean and equipped with the clean towels, liquid soap and toilet paper. The view on the main window is beautiful, the wifi was working excellent. The neighbourhood is very quite and just perfect for a good night sleep after a long trip in the noisy and crammed Vienna downtown.

War doch an sich passend

Die Lage ist zwar recht weit draußen aber bis Karlsplatz 1h all in all gehts. Parkplatz war doch nicht kostenfrei aber leicht zu bekommen Inneneinrichtung ist nicht ideal für Große und Hausstauballergiker

App. Hawei, Anzengruberstrasse Wien

Wir und unser Hund wurden freundlich, ja liebevoll begrüßt. Wir hatten das Apartment "Hawei" (nein, kein Rechtschreibfehler: Hadersdorf-Weidlingau) im 2. Stock unterm Dach. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung, die Fam. Beuchert ins Netz gestellt hat, geben das Apartment genau wieder. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung und zweckmäßig. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. WLAN war etwas schwach, wahrscheinlich würde ein gut positionierter Repeater schon für Abhilfe sorgen! In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen möglich. Zum Bahnhof Hadersdorf geht man gut 10 Minuten. Von dort fährt die S50 halbstündlich zum Bhf Wien-West, den sie in 15 Minuten erreicht. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Dankeschön Familie Beuchert!
