The house was great, had everything we needed, the pool was amazing and the location was perfect for us. We would definitely book this property again.

As advertised, very clean, fully stocked with the basics, was great for our extended family and kids with the extra bunk room. Each room with it's own King was a treat for everyone. Too busy to use the fireplace and outdoor grill, was there for a wedding so just not enough time. Pool was great, however wished we would have known about the pool maintenance coming right into the property. Come to find out that this is very normal in the Phoenix area, so just be aware. Would stay here again an also have provided the information to family so when they are in town, they too can get this home if available to see family which is very close by.

This was our best VRBO experience ever. The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for. Appliances appeared to be new and worked perfectly; kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Bathrooms were likewise. Best of all, the guest book was meticulously detailed with instructions on lights, TV, appliance use, grill, pool…everything. Quiet family neighborhood near but not on major roadways. Groceries, restaurants and gas stations nearby. (Including Carolina’s, with the best burritos in the Southwest). The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature to cool off during the hot day but pleasant enough to use at night as well. They even have a Weber brand grill! I cannot recommend highly enough!
