We had some issues, we booked this home and it said check in was at 2pm, then the day before our arrival host says check in isn't until 3pm. She said she would "make an exception" and allow us to check in at 2, it wasnt an exception it was what we paid a very high price for. Pool had alot of sand and palm tree debris in it daily that we had to clean out ourselves every day. The outdoor shower doesn't work the pipe is split and water squirts from behind the pipe and runs down the house so it was difficult not to track sand into the house when returning from the beach. There is no bathroom on the main floor so you either have to go upstairs or downstairs to use facilities. The microwave is in a lower cabinet, very difficult to use and dangerous when trying to safely get hot food out of it. We did have a storm one day and the master bedroom window leaked pretty badly inside the house onto the floor. This wasnt something the owner could have fixed in advance. We let her know and sent pictures so she could get it addressed. The gameroom has a few board games but not much, cumfy couch and large TV. We loved the location, we could walk down to the beach and there was a nice park on the beach with bathrooms and outdoor shower about 1.5 miles away. We made do and had a nice visit but we think the unit is overpriced
